This training is for health and social care staff in CAMDEN only.
An interactive afternoon centred around peer to peer learning and managing frailty within Camden neighbourhoods.
These sessions will be facilitated by complex care/frailty nurses working within the borough, to facilitate a shared learning experience from different professionals who deliver services within neighbourhoods.

- Shared experience in identifying frailty
- Knowledge on available services within the borough
- Hub and integrated peer to peer working

GPs, Nurses, Pharmacists, Care Navigators, Social Workers, Allied Health Professionals, Mental Health Professionals, Practice Mangers and Other Mangers, Reception Supervisors.
