Camden, Haringey and Islington CEPNs
In order to deliver the new models of care that will provide patients and service users with the responsive and meaningful care they require, we all need a greater understanding of the broader system within which care is delivered and received.
One way to achieve this is to share time with each other, learning together to care together. We are holding a half-day workshop on 27th February at the Whittington Hospital, bringing together professionals from general practice, pharmacy, mental health, community care, social work and acute settings.
The focus of the training will be Dealing with Frailty across organisational boundaries.
Why should you attend?
This exciting and fully facilitated inter-professional learning event will be an opportunity to explore the approaches taken by different professionals to the challenges of Frailty, and what skills we all need in order to support people within our profession and colleagues from other professions.
