The aim of the training is to support developing cultural competence to overcome cultural differences in health and social care service provision around mental health for Turkish, Kurdish and Cypriot Turkish communities in Haringey and to improve health and social care outcomes for these communities.

Three things you will leave with:

1. Have better understanding of mental health problems for the Turkish/Kurdish/Turkish Cypriot communities
2. Ability to provide culturally competent/sensitive services to Turkish/Kurdish/Turkish Cypriot communities
3. Ability to address mental health needs of Turkish/Kurdish/Cypriot communities
